Michael Frei
Michael Frei is a filmmaker and artist based in Zurich, Switzerland. He studied animation at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts and at the Estonian Academy of Art in Tallinn. His films Not about Us (2011) and Plug & Play (2013) received numerous awards all over the world. In 2014, he participated in the Animation Artist in Residence in Tokyo. His interactive project Plug & Play became an internet phenomenon.
