Shorts 2. stupeň

Every year, the Pragueshorts Film Festival holds screenings for students in grades 1 to 9. The wide range of live-action and animated films take a playful as well as serious look at family relationships, relationships in general, and other issues that children encounter in their daily lives.

How different is life in Greenland from our own lives? Where does all the plastic in the world come from? Can a sparrow become an ostrich? And is it really so bad to be different from other people?

These and other questions are answered by a block of short films that the Pragueshorts Film Festival has selected for children in grades 6 to 9. The films, which cover a wide range of countries and genres, feature live dubbing and discussions with selected filmmakers and the festival’s programmer.
