Many Czech children have trouble with one letter that you won’t find anywhere else: the letter “ř.” It also poses difficulties for foreigners. The film’s main character, who only recently moved to the Czech Republic, tries to find her way to “ř.”

Abigél Dérczy
Hungarian animator and illustrator Abigél Dérczy is studying animation at MOME in Budapest and has done a study exchange in the animation and film studio at the Academy of Arts, Architecture, and Design in Prague. In her work, she enjoys exploring her personal life as well as lighter themes in a surreal and humorous manner.
