Daughter
In a hospital room, a woman recalls a moment from her childhood, when as a young girl she needed to share her find of an injured bird with her father. The moment of miscommunication, misunderstanding, and a lost embrace has lingered on over the years, all the way to the hospital room – where the window pane is suddenly smashed by a small bird flying into it.
