Wei Shujun
Wei Shujun was born in Beijing in 1991 and is a graduate from the Communication University of China. In 2016, Wei's debut film Duck Neck was nominated for the 21st Busan International Film Festival's A Window on Asian Cinema. In 2017, he was the recipient of the Young Director Award at the third Wu Tianming Film Forum for Youth Talent for his suspense film The Silent Incident. His short movie On the Border was selected for Official Competition at the 71st Cannes Film Festival in 2017.
