International Competition 2: Of Girls and Stars

This year’s international competition presents 27 films from 2020–2022, representing 25 countries (including co-productions). Five blocks of films give audiences an overview of the rich and diverse range of themes, forms, and narrative styles that you’ll find in contemporary international short films today. The best film chosen by the section’s jury will receive 3,000 euros; the jury will also name two Special Mentions.
