National Competition 2: In the Wilderness

The majority of us do not set out for the unknown, ready to face the unpredictable, simply because we are driven by our sense of adventure. Most of us do so quite frequently, delving into this unexplored wilderness all the time – either unconsciously or because we have to. It’s enough to start a new job, borrow money, come across an interesting ad, or be in the woods when it starts raining.

This year’s competition of short domestic films features nine works made in 2019 with a running time of 30 minutes or less. The international jury will present one award for Best Film, which comes with a 2,000-euro financial reward, plus one Honorable Mention. Viewers can vote for the Audiences Award in this category during the festival at Mall.tv.
