Hanna Sköld

Hanna Sköld is known for the unconventional production and distribution of her first feature Nasty Old People that premiered on the front page of The Pirate Bay at the end of 2009. The movie inspired her to see the audience as something much more than people sitting in front of the TV or movie screen. Her new project, Granny’s Dancing on the Table, won ARTE’s Power to the Pixels Pitch Award in London 2010. She started her carrier at Rosengårds local TV station ten years ago and after finishing Skurup’s film school, Scriptwriting School at Broby Grafiska and a Scriptwriting Workshops at Katapult and Sources 2 she became a symbol of “different way” of filmmaking. This was confirmed when she was acknowledged by the Swedish Doris Award 2010.
