Yaelle Kayam
Yaelle Kayam (b. 1979, Tel-Aviv) studied French at the Sorbonne in Paris, anthropology at the University of Tel-Aviv and film at The Victorian College of the Arts in Melbourne, Australia before enrolling at the Sam Spiegel Film School. She made her first film, Pralines, in 2007. Diploma, her graduation film, came third at the Cannes Film Festival’s Cinefondation in 2009 and was successful at a number of other festivals.
