Alma Buddecke, Marleen Valin
Marleen Valien graduated from Berlin University of the Arts with a bachelor’s degree in Communication in Social and Economic Contexts. After freelance work at a production company, she began her studies of commercial directing at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg in 2017.
Alma Buddecke grew up in Germany and Switzerland. She began studying psychology at Freie Universät Berlin, before turning to filmmaking. She is currently a student at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg. Hot Dog (2019) is her directorial debut.
