Andrew Cividino

Andrew Cividino is an award-winning director from Toronto, Canada. He began his career directing commercials and short films that garnered him international recognition after winning prizes at TIFF and Locarno. Andrew’s debut feature film, Sleeping Giant, was selected to open the competition at the 2015 edition of Semaine de la Critique in Cannes. The feature went on to win over a dozen awards, including prizes at TIFF, VIFF, Munich, and Mumbai. Andrew is currently developing his short film We Ate the Children Last (2011), based on the novel by Yann Martel, into a feature film.
