Jamie Travis is a Canadian filmmaker who has built a strong reputation on the Canadian independent film scene as a director of precise vision. His work has consistently premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival, won prestigious awards and aired nationally on television. He is the director of two acclaimed short film trilogies. His dark comedy The Saddest Boy in the World (2006) is part of the Saddest Children in the World trilogy. His feature debut For a Good Time, Call... was released in 2012.
