CPH:LAB

Every year, twenty selected young filmmakers get the chance to develop a short film story in teams of two within a 9-day residential workshop. Subsequently, they are awarded grant money to make the film in the next 12 months. That is what the Danish film lab CHP:LAB is about. The objective of the project is to use an international creative incubator to look for new ways of making and producing films. Since 2009 it has seen more than 35 short films made in diverse international co-production teams. And this program showcases the most successful four of them.
