Il-gon Song

Song Il-gon (1971, South Korea) graduated from the Seoul Institute of Arts in 1994 and the Polish Lódz Film School in 2000. His fifth film Picnic (1999) won the Cannes Jury Prize. His 2001 feature debut Flower Island was followed by Spider Forest (2004), Feathers in the Wind (2005) and Magicians (2006).
