Everything happens for a reason, and every action has a reaction, even if it doesn’t seem so at first. This film is about one really bad day in the lives of three people whose paths cross and fates flow together because of an accident, coincidence and their not very fortunate decisions.

Hanro Smitsman

Hanro Smitsman (b. 1967, Netherlands) graduated in 2000 in film directing from the Amsterdam Academy for Film and Television. He has since made several short films that have won praise in the Netherlands and abroad. His awards-winning short films Dajo (2004), Engel en Broer (2005) and Raak (2006) have won the attention of international critics and propelled him into the ranks of his generation’s most talented filmmakers.
