FragMANts

The people in FragMANts worship their consumer goods like religious cult objects. The religion venerated here is that of capitalism, which reveals itself to be superficial and meaningless. The believers of this religion are no more than uprooted fragments of themselves.

NEOZOON

NEOZOON is a female art collective founded 2009 in Berlin and Paris. The group’s artistic works are based on the principle of collage and investigate sociological questions associated with speciesism in the Anthropocene. One recurring element in their video films is the de- and recontextualization of found footage and YouTube material. NEOZOON’s work has been exhibited, among other places, at the Centre Pompidou in Paris, ZKM in Karlsruhe, Kunstwerke Berlin, and has been shown at national and international film festivals in Oberhausen, Rotterdam, and New York.
