Martin Krejčí

Martin Krejčí (1977, Prague) is one of the top Czech advertising directors. He studied documentary at the Film and TV School of Performing Arts in Prague (1996-2004) where he made several distinguished short films, for example a variation of the well-know children’s adventure books of Jaroslav Foglar Adventures of Jan Tleskač (Dobrodružství Jana Tleskače , 1997). He proved his versatile talent in a short film Fricasse (2003), which was screened both at the Cannes and Karlovy Vary film festivals. He also directed two of the KVIFF festival screeners - this year’s with Helen Mirren and an earlier one with Jiří Menzel. In 2013 he made a short film called Fear (Strach).
