Joe Hsieh
Joe Hsieh is an independent Taiwanese animation director whose works, filled with horror and suspense, often explore the dark side of human nature. He collaborated on the production of No. 7 Cherry Lane (2019), which won Best Screenplay at the Venice International Film Festival. Night Bus (2020) received the Public Prize at the Ottawa International Animation Film Festival and was named Best Animated Short Film at the Sundance Film Festival and Best Short Film at Animafest Zagreb.
