The Beetroot

National Competition 2

Inspired by the traditional Slavic folk tale The Enormous Turnip. A beetroot grows so huge that no one can pull it from the ground. When a local crane operator is hired to do the job, the giant vegetable turns violent and destructive. As chaos unfolds, an army is mobilized to stop it, but maybe there’s another way to appease this monstrous force.
