Kim Allamand
Kim Allamand was born in Lucerne and lives in Zurich, Switzerland. He holds a master’s degree in film directing from Zurich University of the Arts. His 2022 fiction short film Heart Fruit had its world premiere in Locarno, its international premiere in San Sebastian, and was part of the Future Frames program in Karlovy Vary in 2023. Among other things, the film won the German Film Critics Award at Filmfest Dresden. Kim’s 2019 fiction short film Terminal had its world premiere in Locarno, where it won the Best Swiss Newcomer Award & the Youth Jury Award.
