Every year, Pragueshorts holds special screenings for students in grades 1 to 9. Our colorful selection of playful and serious live-action, animated, and documentary films touches on family, relationships in general, and other areas that kids encounter in their daily lives.
What special powers can a person acquire when their sight fails them? Is one’s first kiss as disgusting as it looks? And what things hide under the bed in a child’s bedroom?
The answers to these and other questions can be found in the block of short films that the Pragueshorts Film Festival has put together for children in grades 1 to 5. Our colorful selection of playful and serious live-action and animated films touches on family, relationships in general, and other areas that kids encounter in their daily lives. The films, which cover a wide range of countries and genres, feature live dubbing and discussions with the festival’s programming director.
