A story told by a river, a minimalist road movie about the feelings of a driver in the middle of the countryside, absurd sex scenes set to the rhythm of progressive rock, trap, and math metal, a video diary of a young jaguar taken by a security camera, psychotherapy by a puppet, the fragmentary veneration of industrial goods, sharing a dream on a long polar night… This is the first year that this section dedicated to presenting fresh and innovative approaches to both form and content is being held as a competition program. A jury of representatives from the domestic art scene will crown one of the nine entrants the festival’s best experimental film.

Films can be seen at cinemas in Prague and throughout the Czech Republic, but also online at  www.kviff.tv, were you can vote for the Audience Awards and win a festival pass for the 55th Karlovy Vary International Film Festival.
