Biting the Dust
The second film in the trilogy delves into the Christian concept of the afterlife and the question of which beings are granted entry into heaven. In a tense space between fear and hope, the film juxtaposes social and religious imagery that offer conflicting perspectives. Against the backdrop of a rising religious right and the accelerating climate crisis, this exploration of exclusion and salvation takes on renewed urgency.
