Darren Thornton
Darren Thorton (Ireland) founded Calipo Theatre and Picture Company in 1994 and has been its art director since. He is the co-writer and director of six-episode TV film Love Is the Drug (2004). Frankie (2007), his first short film, has won several awards including the best Irish film at this year’s Cork festival.
