Time Metallurgist
The film explores the intricate connections between the slaughter of buffalo, the Earth’s shifting axis, the discovery of oil, and the unfolding climate crisis, portraying these events as part of a larger, intertwined narrative. Muybridge’s iconic photographs transcend their original purpose, transformed into visual metaphors that trace the flow of geological time and the ripples of the human impact on the planet. Through this lens, history becomes a vivid and unsettling reflection of our present and a warning for our future.
