Ignas Meilūnas
Ignas Meilūnas is a Lithuanian animation director and producer. After years of working with different animation techniques, he settled on stop motion animation, usually involving short films for young audiences. His films have been screened at and won awards from some of the biggest international film festivals worldwide. Meilūnas is a co-founder of the Vilnius-based Kadrų Skyrius animation studio. His filmography of short films includes Woods (2015), Mr. Night Has a Day Off (2016), Matilda and the Spare Head (2020), and Hoofs on Skates (2024).
