Nikulás Tumi Hlynsson

Nikulás Tumi Hlynsson is an Icelandic director who is currently studying for an M.A. as part of FAMU’s Directing Cinema and Digital Media program. He holds a B.A. in film studies and art theory from the University of Iceland. Nikulás first gained attention with his debut short film, Spaghetti (2020), and later made notable music videos on the local Icelandic scene. His latest short, Blue Boy (2023), is a first-year project from his studies at FAMU.
