Enrique Buleo
Enrique Buleo was born in a small village in La Mancha, Spain. After studying fine arts, in 2012 he made the short film Sângerete, followed in 2014 by In Self-Defense, where he began to take an interest in rural settings and tragicomic plots. In 2019, he directed Hell and Such, which deals with his favorite topics: the hostile human face, illusory hope, and involuntary comedy. The film won Special Jury Mention at the Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival and the ARTE TV Award at the Dresden Film Festival.
