Who Dares Wins is the motto of the British SAS special forces. The film reflects on modern conflict and why organizations like the United Nations send troops to war-afflicted regions but do not let them interfere in conflicts.

Jaromír Pesr, Martin Preiss
Jaromír Pesr (b. 1974) has directed music videos (EOST, Priessnitz, Tatabojs, Kryštof, et al.), short films (Křič!, Navždy jinam, Moji (ne)přátelé, Škvíra, Mýcení, and etc.) and commercials. He is also a pioneer of digital cinematography.
Martin Preiss (b. 1978) is a FAMU graduate and member of the Czech Association of Cameramen. He directed the feature films Chocking Hazard, Blízko Nebe and Bobule.
