Red Shoes
The village dance has begun, but Róza hasn’t been invited to dance. Suddenly, an unknown stranger appears, invites Róza to dance, and gives her a pair of red shoes. Róza starts to dance with great passion, quickly becoming the center of attention. But she soon realizes that she can't control the shoes; the shoes are controlling her.

Anna Podskalská
Anna Podskalská is an animator, director, and art designer based in Prague. She studied graphic design and illustration at the Secondary School of Art and Design in Brno and is currently studying animation at FAMU. She has made several short animated films and specializes in paint-on-glass animation, a technique she learned while working as an animator on La Traversée (dir. Florence Miailhe, 2021). Red Shoes (2021) was made using paint-on-glass animation as well.
