Away from the Sun
The scenes of a young girl’s life are divided between a sunny raspberry plantation and the inside of a dark cabana. Presented in silence, this film’s subtle details hint at her relationship with her environment and the people around her. First Prize at Buenos Aires Independent Film Festival, 2005.

Pablo Agüero
Pablo Agüero (1977) left his native Patagonian village to study film. Since moving to Paris in 2001, he has focused on documentary projects. Lejos del sol (2005) is his first work of fiction.
