While waiting for their parents, two boys and a girl meet in the car-park of a rural pub. What at first seems to be a relationship based on rivalry soon develops into a close friendship. We learn that love can be found in the most unlikely places. A 2005 Oscar nominee.

Taika Waititi
Taika Waititi is of Te-Whanau-a-Apanui descent. Formerly an actor, he is now focusing on writing and directing. An experienced painter, photographer and fashion designer, Taika now has three feature films in development. Two Cars, One Night (2003) has won numerous awards, as did his subsequent film Tama Tū.
