Kjell Åhlund

Kjell Åhlund is a producer, director and partner of Doppelganger, a production company based in Stockholm, Sweden. He has produced a number of successful short and mid- length films awarded at prestigious film festival around the world. Among his most notable films are Mousse (John Hellberg, 2012), which is the most award-winning mid-length film in Swedish film history with over 90 international awards and over 200 festival screenings, and Boys (by Isabella Carbonell 2014) which competed in Semaine de la Critique in Cannes in 2015 and won The Grand Jury Award at the AFI Film Fest in 2015. Previously he has also worked as a post producer and as a film director on a number of internationally awarded commercials.
