Bartosz Pietras

Bartosz Pietras is a film editor based in Warsaw, Poland. He studied film editing at the Polish National Film, Television, and Theatre School in Łódź and began his professional career as a demo reel editor at Squeak Pictures in Los Angeles. Since then, he has worked on numerous fiction and documentary film projects, television series, and commercials. He is a member of the European Film Academy and the Polish Film Academy. From 2007 to 2013, he was a member of the board of directors of the Polish Editors’ Association (PSM). He currently teaches film editing at the Łódź Film School and holds a Doctor of Fine Arts degree.
