Bogdan George Apetri

Bogdan George Apetri (b. 1976, Romania) studied law and worked as defense lawyer for two years. In 2001 he wrote and directed a TV film for Romanian TV and decided to study film directing and camera at Columbia University in New York. His A Very Small Trilogy of Loneliness (2006) competed at last year’s Prague Short Film Festival and was nominated for a student Oscar. In 2006 he made his fifth film, Last Day of December, and worked as co-producer and cameraman on the feature The Night When Angel Died. He is now working on a feature film.
