Good Advice

It is the early 1980’s. Ten-year-old Rasmus is tired of his parents never listening to him and decides to run away from home. But before leaving he records a cassette tape with different advice on how to handle life. His mother is pregnant and he plans to leave the tape for his unborn brother.

Andreas Tibblin

Andreas Tibblin (1972, Stockholm) moved back to Sweden after living in Los Angeles and London. He works as a director for music videos and commercials. His last short film, When Elvis Came to Visit (2006) have been screened at many festivals including Berlinale and Prague Short Film Festival, and won several awards. In 2007, he won a scholarship for upcoming Swedish directors at the Stockholm International Film Festival and used it to make his latest film, Good Advice (2009), which has already managed to collect several awards.
