On his 29th birthday, a loser decides to change his life. To his amazement, he seems to win it all – he moves to another town, gets a good job and meets the love of his life. Of course, it's never that easy.

Sebastian Peterson
Sebastian Peterson (1967, Germany) made his first film at 15 using a Super 8 camera. He became a TV production trainee after school and civil service and in 1991 started studying at the Babelsberg film school. He graduated in 1999 and the same year made his first feature film Helden wie wir (Heroes Like Us). He now works as a freelance director and animator. Diary of a Perfect Love is his fifth animated short film.
